Tagliatelle or Fettuccine is a traditional Italian pasta that is not difficult to prepare. You need experience and equipment.
This class is a friendly approach for beginners who are interested in learing authentic Italian pasta dish from scratch.
We are ready to share our recipes for the most delicious pasta tagliatelle or fettuccine you’ve ever eaten and teach you how to recreate them in your own kitchen!
You will make the fettuccine or tagliatelle from scratch, and a delicious simmering sauce (or the real Bolognese Sauce, called Ragù in Italy, or another delicious pasta sauce from scratch).
The ragù – a savory, gentle, rich and silky sauce – is made with finely chopped or ground pieces of beef mixed with onion, celery, carrots, a little bit of tomato paste, broth, milk, bay leaves, wine…. and more.
Fettuccine (about 0.25 inches -6.4 mm) or you can make to learn Tagliatelle (flat, long ribbons about 0.26 to 0.39 in – 6.5 to 10 mm – wide).

- Egg Pasta dough from scratch;
- Kneading, rolling, and cutting the fettuccine tagliatelle
- Homemade Pasta Sauce: Bolognese sauce Ragù or Tomato Marinara Sauce or the real Alfredo Sauce (with unsalted Butter, and tons of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese) or another sauce on demand.
