Have you watched Bobby and Giada in Italy – Food Network? If you love the food of Rome, but you also love the interesting Tuscan cooking, or if you want to taste the wild board ragù or honey pistachio ricotta crostini or Sausage Ragu or Grape & Rosemary Focaccia or Cacio e Pepe Pizza or Mortadella Pistachio Polpette Meatballs, well here we are!

 

The full day cooking class is the perfect lesson.

It starts around 10:00 am, when you meet your hosts.

Next you will prepare a four-course Italian menu (three savory dishes and one dessert): a delicious Italian “ANTIPASTO” appetizer, fresh pasta from scratch or a risotto from scratch) PRIMO PIATTO, a main course “SECONDO PIATTO” (meat, fish, or vegetarian dish), and a delicious dessert “DOLCE”.

Then you will then enjoy your creations for lunch or dinner. The class and lunch will end around 3:00 pm.


It is a full day of exploring, kneading, chopping, cooking, and tasting.

We introduce guests to the regional Italian Cooking.

Every season will have its recipes prepared by you from fresh seasonal ingredients found locally at our markets.
