We will teach you everything you need to know, learn the latest techniques of dough making and pizza trends!
It is so important to learn how to make the real pizza, if you are a pizza-lover. So we offer 3 or more hours pizza class every day upon request.
You will learn how to make the pizza dough from scratch (with fresh yeast, special flour for pizza, water, evoo, salt…. and other ingredients). The chef will teach you how to make the pizza in the old fashioned way, with a wooden board (not in a bowl).
The techniques are about how to kneading by hand, how to stretching the pizza, how to topping with the best ingredients. A part of the class is how to make a yummy pizza sauce (with tomato, evoo, oregano, basil, salt, garlic…).
The secret for a terrific pizza is the recipe for the pizza dough! The Chef prefers long fermentation (twelve hours), placing the pizza dough in the dark place. The long fermentation helps the digestion, and the pizza dough is so easy to stretch.
The best pizza dough is with the large air holes in the crust and lots of flavor.
