This gelato class is very easy to follow with clear recipes making it easy for even the most novice gelato-lover’s to make rich, creamy gelato.

We created this class of gelato making in order to bring more gelato love ‘amore’ to the world.

Each participant will create their own gelatos (three flavors) or sorbet flavors and learn how to serve it.
You’ll come away knowing what to be the real gelato!

What you learn:

  1. History of Gelato;
  2. Difference between Gelato and Ice Cream;
  3. Step-by-step instructions that take you through the basics of a sorbet or gelato recipes;
  4. Make and pasteurise your own “miscela” gelato or sorbetto;
  5. Knowledge, basic principles, and skills in basic gelato training with hands on lessons;
  6. The importance of a home gelato machine, gelato tools, and fresh and organic ingredients;
  7. Recipes;

Our gelatos are made fresh every lesson to be tasted by customers that day.

Gelatos are always best served fresh out of the gelato machine as it is at the perfect and velvety texture and the fresh ingredients still have all their flavor.
